ENDNOTE

EndNote is reference management software with features to— 

  • Keep all your references and reference-related materials in a searchable personal library. 

  • Synchronize your references between up to three of your personal computers, an online library, and your iPad or iPhone through EndNote Sync. (You must be the owner and user of all three computers.) 

  • Set up a library sharing team and effortlessly collaborate with up to 400 co-authors and colleagues. 

  • Cite your references in word processing documents to create formatted citations and bibliographies or independent reference lists. 

EndNote is free to SUBR students, staff, and faculty!

EndNote Online 

EndNote Online, a web-based version of Endnote, is available to SU users through the Library's subscription to Web of Science, you can also install EndNote 20 on your computer.

How to create your EndNote account

To Create your free EndNote account,

  1. Go to the library’s website at https://www.subr.edu/library.
  2. Locate Find, select Databases A to Z 
  3. From the alphabet bar, locate letter W and select Web of Science Database
  4. Click Register.

Accessing Web of Science Database Remotely

If you are working remotely you will be prompted to enter a USER NAME and PIN.

USER NAME=Banner Number (Example: U0123456, PIN=CHANGEME).

Report Off-Campus Access Issue 

Using EndNote online in conjunction with EndNote on the desktop will allow you to access the contents of your EndNote library from any computer with an internet connection, sync references between computers and share your research with colleagues.
